Dear/ Sir/ Madam My name is Bassant Atef. I am a 28 year old professional from Cairo in Egypt. I am currently studying on a 2 year Master’s programme in Human Resources and Labour Studies at the University of Milan. This course, which is a new challenge for me, is delivered completely in English which is my second language. I studied English at the British council in Cairo up to Advanced level (C1) and earlier this year I passed the IELTS exam with a band 7 in speaking.
